I worked up this rendering to show our modifications to the floor plan, which include (a) "flipped" plan (left/right), (b) no fireplace, and (c) side-entry garage with front windows:
This rendering adds some additional dimensions I measured at the builder's Model of our floor plan, which we will need to accommodate some of the interior features and furnishings we're planning to add upon move-in:
